You agree to pay all applicable fees associated with your selected subscription plan. Fees are billed in advance, either on a monthly or annual basis depending on your selection, and are non-refundable except as required by law or explicitly stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to change pricing or plan features with reasonable notice.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account or by contacting support. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
You agree to provide accurate and lawful business information, including content, logos, service descriptions, and customer contact information necessary to perform the Services.
You represent and warrant that you have obtained all necessary rights, permissions, and consents to share customer information with Socio AI and to send communications, including SMS messages, to your customers in compliance with applicable laws (including the TCPA and similar regulations).
Socio AI acts solely as a service provider and is not responsible for your failure to obtain proper consent.
Socio AI provides an SMS review request feature that allows you to send text messages to your customers following the completion of a service.
When an end customer opts in to receive messages from your business, they may receive:
End customers can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to the toll-free number used to send messages. After sending STOP, they will receive a confirmation message that they have been unsubscribed.
For assistance with the messaging program, end customers can reply HELP to receive additional information or support instructions.
Message frequency may vary based on the service provided. Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to or received from the SMS program, as determined by the recipient's mobile carrier.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
All Socio AI software, platforms, designs, templates, and content (excluding your business content) are owned by Socio AI and protected by intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of your business content. By using the Services, you grant Socio AI a limited, non-exclusive license to use your content solely for the purpose of providing the Services.
The Services may integrate with or rely on third-party platforms, including Google and SMS delivery providers. Socio AI is not responsible for the availability, policies, or practices of third-party services.
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Socio AI makes no guarantees regarding business outcomes, search rankings, lead volume, or the number of reviews obtained.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Socio AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Our total liability arising out of or relating to the Services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Socio AI in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Socio AI from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your failure to obtain proper customer consent.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for violation of these Terms or applicable law. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
