A clear promise, in plain English
Get at least 5 calls from your Google profile or website within 60 days of going live, or we refund your full $300.
Your part matters: complete the setup responsibilities below and use Socio AI review requests for at least 10 customers in the first 30 days of your 60-day guarantee.
We want you to feel confident getting started. Here’s what the guarantee means, what we’ll ask you to do, and how to request a refund if you qualify.
The promise
If your Google profile or website brings in fewer than five qualifying calls during the guarantee period, you may be eligible for a full $300 refund. The guarantee covers calls—not whether a caller books a job.
Your responsibilities
Eligibility depends on completing both parts:
The clock & call count
Your 60 days begin when both your Google profile updates and website are live. We’ll confirm the start date in writing; setup time does not count toward the 60 days.
Calls are tracked using a tracking number on both your Google profile and website. Only unique callers count: repeat calls from the same number and spam calls are excluded. The promise is for calls, not booked jobs.
Request a refund
If you received fewer than five qualifying calls, email socioaillc@gmail.com within 14 days after your 60-day period ends. We’ll verify your call count and that you completed the responsibilities above. If eligible, we’ll refund the full $300.
